Conference venue
The conference will take place at the St. Gertrud Conference Center, Östergatan 7B, 211 25 Malmö, Sweden.
The venue can be easily reached by public transportation. From Malmö Central Station, it’s about a 10-minute walk. Use Google Maps for specific directions.

Malmö is well-connected to the rest of Europe by train, plane or bus.
🚆 Trains
Malmö Central Station, located in the city center, offers high-speed connections to Copenhagen, Copenhagen Airport, Stockholm, and other major cities in Sweden. The Oresund Bridge conveniently connects Malmö with Copenhagen Airport. From Copenhagen, frequent day run to Hamburg, with onwards connections to major cities in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, etc. Two night trains connect Malmö with Hamburg and Berlin.
The Copenhagen page at the train travel site The Man in Seat 61 is a great resource to plan your travel by train to Malmö (Malmö is only 40 minutes by frequent train from Copenhagen – taking the Öresundbridge).
✈ Flights
The nearest major airport is Copenhagen Airport (CPH), with direct trains to Malmö Central Station. Travel time is approximately 20 minutes, and trains depart every 20 minutes.
🚍 Coach
Buses operate from many European cities to Malmö, with FlixBus and other operators offering regular service.
Public transportation in Malmö
Malmö’s public transit system includes buses and city bikes. Tickets can be purchased via the Skånetrafiken app, ticket machines in the city center or on the bus. Please note that it´s not possible to pay with cash. A single bus ride within the city costs around 27 SEK.

Conference dinner
The conference dinner will be held at Årstiderna, which is one of Malmö’s oldest houses and restaurants. It´s just 5-minute walk from the central station
