EFUF2025 Registration

Registration will be closing the 25th of May 2025.

Participants must pay registration fees in advance, through the booking page (with credit card), or by an invoice (bank transfer). Please note there is an additional fee to pay the registration fee through bank transfer following an invoice. The registration and invoicing is processed by an external company, Ticketino AG.

Ticket insurance

• We strongly recommend that you take the ticket insurance, otherwise NO changes can be made to your order after purchase. This includes changes in name of participant, or changes in the components of the programme.
• Cancellation for medical or private emergencies, etc are covered by this insurance. This includes serious illness or serious injury to somebody who is close to the registered participant.
• The terms for the insurance are listed at https://www.ticketino.com/files/ticket-insurance/ticket-insurance-en.pdf.
• As this booking and payment service is outsourced, EFUF assocation or the local organisers cannot and will not intervene or refund registration fees.

Registration fees

• Conference Day (per day) – 125 € per day includes access to the EFUF, all meals (lunches), coffee breaks, conference materials, bus transfers and excursions for the particular day (excluding the optional excursion on Saturday 7 June) and excluding dinners and accommodation.
• Conference Day Early Bird (until 1 May) – 100 € per day includes access to the EFUF, all meals (lunches), coffee breaks, conference materials, bus transfers, and excursions for the particular day (excluding the optional excursion on Saturday 7 June) and excluding dinners and accommodation.
• Full conference – Student fee – please write info@efuf.org to request a reduced fee. Please note that the regular conference fees are already low, so we will only be able to offer a further reduced fee to master and PhD students who do not have funding for attending conferences (statement by supervisor needs to be provided to certify this).
• Ice-breaker (Tuesday 3 June, 18:00 – 20:00) – 30 €, fingerfood and drinks included
• Barbecue party in the forest (Wednesday 4 June, 19:30 – 21:30) – 40 €, food and drinks included
• Gala Dinner at Muraltengut (Thursday 5 June, 18:00 – 22:00) – 100 €, food and drinks included
• Tropical Dinner at Stadtgärtnerei (Fiday 6 June) – 60 €, dinner and drinks included
• Optional excursion (Saturday 7 June) – 70 € (including lunch at the restaurant and bus transfers; ends 15:00 nearby Zurich airport)

Cancellation policy

• No changes will be possible unless you subscribed to the cancellation insurance offered at the time of the registration.

Please be aware that you will be registering and paying directly with a third party service provider, Ticketino AG. The local organisers (City of Zürich, ArboCityNet, the Bern University of Applied Sciences (BFH), ETH Zürich, the Swiss Federal Institute for Forest, Snow and Landscape (WSL), and the Waldlabor Zurich) and/or EFUF ivzw is not a contracting party within this arrangement and cannot take any liability.
